Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like us to delete personal, business, financial, operational, or other service-related data we hold about you or your company in connection with our finance advisory, finance management, bookkeeping, business planning, financial modelling, strategy, presentation, IT, or related professional services (“the Services”), please follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to mail @ inmewo.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
  2. Include the communication channel, account, email address, phone number, platform, or workspace used in connection with the Services, where applicable.
  3. Include your company name, contact person, and any relevant project, engagement, or service reference as registered or known.
  4. Let us know whether you want all eligible data deleted, or only specific records, such as particular documents, financial models, business plans, presentations, transaction records, messages, files, or other materials.

The Services may be provided through channels chosen by the client, including  platforms such as Inmewo and Starexelum, WhatsApp, email, other messaging channels, shared folders, cloud drives such as Google Drive or OneDrive, or any other agreed method used to exchange information for the purpose of receiving the Services.

What Happens Next

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within a reasonable timeframe.
  • We will verify the request is coming from an authorized representative of the company before proceeding.
  • Subject to applicable legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, contractual, dispute-resolution, and legitimate business record-retention requirements, we will delete eligible requested data within 30 days after verification.
  • If laws, tax rules, accounting obligations, regulatory requirements, dispute-resolution needs, or legitimate business record-keeping obligations require us to retain certain records, we will inform you which categories of records are affected, retain only what is required or reasonably necessary, restrict access where appropriate, and delete or anonymize the records when the applicable retention period or need ends.

What We Cannot Delete Immediately

We may not be able to delete all data immediately. Certain records may need to be retained to comply with applicable law, taxation, accounting, audit, regulatory, contractual, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business record-keeping requirements. This may include invoices, tax records, accounting records, engagement records, communications necessary to evidence the services provided, and supporting documents. In these cases, we will retain only the information required or reasonably necessary, protect it appropriately, and delete or anonymize it once the applicable retention period or legal need no longer applies.
