INMEWO provides finance advisory, finance management, bookkeeping, and IT-related services that help clients organize, manage, analyze, and process business, financial, operational, and technology-related information.

When you or your company use the Services, including through Inmewo, Starexelum, WhatsApp, email, cloud drives, or other communication or file-sharing channels chosen by you, we may collect:
- Contact and channel information — such as phone numbers, email addresses, usernames, account identifiers, or other details used to identify, communicate with, or support your account.
- Message and communication content — text, instructions, requests, confirmations, and related communications you send to us through any agreed channel.
- Documents, files, and shared materials — receipts, invoices, contracts, spreadsheets, statements, reports, images, exports, and other business or financial documents you provide or make available for the Services.
- Extracted or processed service data — information derived from documents or communications, including amounts, dates, vendors, customers, tax details, account classifications, project details, operational data, and other information relevant to the Services.
- Company, financial, and technical information — business details, chart of accounts, tax identifiers, financial records, system requirements, platform settings, access permissions, or other information needed to provide finance advisory, finance management, bookkeeping, or IT-related services.
We do not collect this information for advertising purposes. We only access information that you provide to us, authorize us to access, or make available through the communication channels, platforms, or storage locations you choose for the purpose of receiving the Services.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Provide finance advisory, finance management, bookkeeping, and IT-related services.
- Receive, organize, extract, and verify information from documents, files, messages, and other materials you provide.
- Analyze, categorize, reconcile, or process financial, accounting, tax, operational, or technical information relevant to the Services.
- Communicate with you through agreed channels, respond to requests, clarify information, and confirm entries, actions, or outputs where needed.
- Maintain, support, and improve records, workflows, systems, tools, and outputs created or used as part of the Services.
- Improve the accuracy, reliability, security, and usability of the Services.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
4. How We Store and Protect Information
- Data may be stored in secure, access-controlled systems, databases, platforms, cloud storage locations, or other tools used to provide and support the Services, with appropriate safeguards such as encryption in transit and, where available, encryption at rest.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You may request to:
- Access the data we hold about your company.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g. tax record-keeping obligations).
To make a request, email mail @ inmewo . com with sufficient information to identify your company and the relevant account, project, or communication channel. We will respond and act on verified requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days).
7. Communication Channels and Third-Party Platforms
The Services may be provided through our own platforms, including Inmewo and Starexelum, and through third-party communication, messaging, email, storage, cloud drive, or file-sharing platforms selected or authorized by you. Examples may include WhatsApp, email providers, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or similar services. Your use of those third-party platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We only access information that you send to us, share with us, or authorize us to access for the purpose of providing the Services.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by business owners and staff and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email where applicable. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
