Terms of Service

INMEWO Netherlands (“INMEWO”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our finance advisory, finance management, financial modelling, business planning, strategy, bookkeeping, and IT-related services, including services delivered through our platforms, communication channels, and file-sharing channels (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. The Service

INMEWO provides finance advisory, finance management, financial modelling, business planning, strategy, bookkeeping, and IT-related services to businesses, founders, investors, managers, and other authorized representatives. These services may include reviewing, preparing, developing, updating, digitizing, organizing, processing, and analyzing financial documents, financial models, forecasts, budgets, business plans, pitch decks, presentations, management reports, transaction data, and other business information. Depending on the agreed scope, we may provide financial models, strategic recommendations, advisory input, business planning support, management information, bookkeeping support, IT workflow support, integrations, and information-sharing processes. The Service may be delivered through INMEWO-operated platforms such as Inmewo and Starexelum, WhatsApp channels, email, cloud drives, client systems, presentation files, spreadsheet files, or other communication and file-sharing methods chosen by the client. The Service does not constitute tax, legal, audit, investment, securities, fundraising, valuation fairness, or regulated financial services unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business owners, staff, or representatives authorized to act on behalf of an business. By using the Service, you confirm you have the authority to submit your company’s financial documents and data.

3. How the Service Works

  • You provide documents, data, messages, instructions, assumptions, financial models, spreadsheets, business plans, pitch decks, presentations, forecasts, budgets, reports, or other information through the agreed channels, which may include our platforms Inmewo and Starexelum, WhatsApp, email, cloud drives such as Google Drive or OneDrive, client systems, or other channels selected by the client.
  • Our systems, tools, or team members may extract, organize, review, process, analyze, adjust, develop, format, or request confirmation or correction of relevant details, assumptions, calculations, or source information before using the information for the agreed Service.
  • Confirmed or accepted information may be recorded, summarized, analyzed, modelled, transformed into deliverables, or otherwise used to provide finance advisory, financial modelling, strategy, business planning, finance management, bookkeeping, IT support, presentations, reports, or related deliverables within the agreed scope.
  • Incomplete, unclear, inaccessible, unsupported, or inconsistent information may be rejected or returned to you for clarification, correction, re-submission, or provision through another suitable channel.
  • Deliverables may include financial models, forecasts, budgets, scenario analyses, business plans, presentations, strategic recommendations, management information, bookkeeping outputs, workflow documentation, or other agreed advisory and IT-related outputs.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, current, and non-misleading information, including source documents, assumptions, data, financial models, business plans, presentations, forecasts, budgets, and instructions.
  • Only submit documents you are authorized to share.
  • Review extracted data, assumptions, calculations, models, reports, presentations, recommendations, and other deliverables before confirming or relying on them, as automated processing, modelling, and advisory work may contain errors, omissions, or limitations.
  • Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes within the agreed finance advisory, financial modelling, business planning, strategy, finance management, bookkeeping, IT, or related service scope.

You must not:

  • Use the Service to submit fraudulent, falsified, or misleading documents.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable law.

5. Accuracy, Client Review, and Limitations

While we may apply automated extraction, validation checks, professional review, modelling techniques, workflow tools, or other controls, the Service depends on the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reasonableness, and accessibility of information, assumptions, files, and instructions provided by you or your authorized users. Financial models, forecasts, budgets, business plans, presentations, strategies, advisory outputs, and other deliverables may be based on assumptions and information that are uncertain, incomplete, or subject to change. Automated processing, human review, financial modelling, and advisory work may still result in errors or omissions. You remain responsible for reviewing information, assumptions, confirmations, models, reports, presentations, records, outputs, and deliverables before relying on them. We recommend review by a qualified accountant, tax advisor, legal advisor, investment advisor, auditor, or other specialist where appropriate, particularly for statutory filings, tax matters, legal conclusions, investment decisions, fundraising, securities matters, valuations, or regulated activities.

6. Platforms, Communication Channels, and Third-Party Services

The Service may be delivered through INMEWO-operated platforms, including Inmewo and Starexelum, as well as third-party communication, messaging, email, cloud storage, file-sharing, or software services selected or used by the client, including WhatsApp, Google Drive, OneDrive, email providers, or other systems. We are not responsible for outages, delays, access restrictions, data loss, functionality changes, policy changes, or security incidents caused by third-party platforms or channels outside our reasonable control. Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their own terms, policies, storage limits, message windows, and technical requirements.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used. You acknowledge that documents, financial information, business records, financial models, spreadsheets, business plans, presentations, messages, assumptions, forecasts, budgets, reports, and related data may be shared with us through the channels selected for the Service, including INMEWO-operated platforms, WhatsApp, email, cloud drives, or other client-approved systems.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, if required by law, if your subscription or service agreement lapses, or if continued provision of the Service is not feasible through the agreed channels. You may stop using the Service at any time by ceasing to submit information through the relevant channels and notifying us in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, INMEWO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including errors in automated extraction or processing, modelling errors, incorrect or incomplete assumptions, delays or failures caused by third-party platforms, reliance on unreviewed outputs, reliance on forecasts, strategies, financial models, business plans, presentations, or advisory recommendations, incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information, or interruptions affecting communication, cloud storage, file-sharing, or client-selected systems.

10. Governing Law

The governing law and competent jurisdiction may be agreed case by case in the relevant service agreement, statement of work, engagement letter, or other written agreement with the client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms are generally governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory laws, consumer protection rules, data protection laws, or local requirements that may apply in a relevant jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
